Job Description

We are seeking an accomplished and forward-thinking leader to join our primary school community.

This role involves leading learning and teaching across the primary years, with a focus on high-impact pedagogical practice and whole-child development.

The successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of primary years education and have strengths in both pastoral and academic leadership.

They will work closely with a collaborative leadership team to drive well-being initiatives and create a cohesive and connected school experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leading learning and teaching across the primary years with a focus on high-impact pedagogical practice and whole-child development
  • Supporting and mentoring teachers through professional development, classroom coaching, and collaborative planning
  • Driving well-being initiatives that ensure every child feels a deep sense of belonging, safety, and confidence to learn
  • Contributing to whole-school strategic priorities, while managing daily rhythms and operations of the primary school
  • Overseeing key events, enrichment programs, and transitions to create a cohesive and connected school experience
