About this Role
As a Service Desk Analyst, you will deliver exceptional service to our clients both internally and externally.
Key qualifications include 2+ years of experience working in a Service Desk support role, preferably in a Managed Services environment. A strong understanding of Windows-based systems, including Active Directory, Windows 8/10, and Office suite is essential.
You should also be familiar with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow, Heat, Remedy, Zenworks, and Connectwise. Excellent communication and customer service skills are vital for success in this role.
Industry certifications like ITIL, Microsoft, etc., are advantageous but not mandatory.
