Job Opportunity: Medical Oncologist

We are seeking a highly skilled medical oncologist to join our team at the University of Kansas Cancer Center. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in cancer prevention and treatment, with experience in developing innovative treatments for patients.

Responsibilities:

This position involves working within the Division of Medical Oncology and the Breast Cancer Prevention Research Center. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing novel therapeutic and treatment options through clinical, translational, and molecular research
  • Providing compassionate, state-of-the-art medical care to cancer patients
  • Participating in clinical trials to prevent breast cancer
Requirements:

Candidates should be board certified or board eligible in medical oncology or hematology/oncology and have completed fellowship training in hematology or medical oncology. Eligibility for medical licensure in both Kansas and Missouri is required.
