Your Role:

This role is responsible for defining and validating the comprehensive manufacturing process, creating industrial documentation, establishing industrial master data, and determining the time required for the manufacturing method. You'll lead continuous improvement initiatives and implement changes to both the product and the manufacturing process during the serial phase.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Process Engineer or PIM to guide product definition and improve manufacturability.
  • Estimate method times and participate in product design reviews when required.
  • Validate product design and industrialization, and request tooling when needed.
  • Develop and maintain industrial master data and ensure compliance with quality, EHS, and ergonomics standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electrical preferable.
  • Technical knowledge of manufacturing engineering, writing manufacturing work instructions, and line balancing.
  • Experience working with ERP systems, such as SAP, for Bill of Materials, Routings, and Configuration follow-up.
  • Working knowledge of quality, EHS, and ergonomics standards.
  • Familiarity with IS common tools and good communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
