Senior Commercial Lawyer

We are seeking a highly skilled Legal Advisor to provide expert legal advice and guidance to our organization.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in commercial, corporate or property law and will be able to contextualize advice in a regulated environment.
- Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements, leases, procurement contracts and property documents;
- Advise on corporate, commercial, regulatory and compliance issues, including disputes and problem-solving contractor matters;
- Support the organization in responding to disclosures, subpoenas and historic claims;
- Contribute to company secretarial responsibilities and support special projects as required;
- Work closely with internal stakeholders across finance, operations, HR and senior leadership to deliver business-focused legal solutions.
About You:
- You will have 4 – 5 years' post-admission experience, ideally with a background in commercial, corporate or property law;
- Strong drafting, negotiation and advisory skills, with the ability to contextualize advice in a regulated environment;
- Confidence working across a wide range of legal matters with sound judgement and commercial acumen;
- A collaborative style and the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders;
- Pragmatism, resilience, and a solutions-focused mindset;
- In-house experience is desirable.
