Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Makeup Artist to join our team at MAC - David Jones Chadstone. As a key member of our in-store team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and delivering a personalized shopping experience that exceeds our customers' expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide inspirational and authentic customer service, educating and delighting customers on our products and services.
- Work collaboratively with the in-store team to create impactful visual merchandising displays and in-store events that drive sales and engagement.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, staying up-to-date on the latest trends and innovations.
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software is highly desirable.
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced retail environment.
Requirements:
- While a qualification in makeup artistry or previous retail makeup experience is preferred, we welcome applicants with amateur level experience who can demonstrate a high level of creative and technical expertise.
- Ability to provide proof of right to live and work in the country if invited to attend for interview.
