
Care and Support Professional for Children in Care

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated professional to join our Children in Care team. The successful candidate will work closely with children, families, and colleagues to provide high-quality care and support.
About the Role:This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of vulnerable children. As a Care and Support Professional, you will be responsible for assessing the needs of children, developing personalized plans, and delivering effective interventions to promote their well-being.
Key Responsibilities:- To conduct comprehensive assessments of children's needs, identifying areas of risk and requirement for intervention.
- To develop and implement individualized care plans, working collaboratively with children, families, and other professionals.
- To deliver high-quality support and interventions that meet the unique needs of each child, ensuring their safety, well-being, and empowerment.
- To maintain accurate records of assessments, progress, and outcomes, utilizing this data to inform future decisions and optimize service delivery.
- To contribute to a culture of excellence within the team, engaging in regular training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A degree-level qualification in Social Work or a related field.
- Registration with Social Work England.
- Post-qualified experience in a relevant field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- A commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
