Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned cybersecurity expert to lead our threat hunting team in delivering a globally recognized security and resilience function.

This role plays a critical part in detecting, containing, and remediating cyber-attacks against the organization. The successful candidate will take pride in driving operational excellence through optimized use of people, process, and technology.

  • Oversee a high-performing threat hunting team to effectively contribute to the detection and response capability.
  • Cordinate the team's workload to maintain and execute a prioritized backlog of hypotheses aligned with threat intelligence.
  • Ensure timely dissemination of intelligence findings.
  • Develop and execute hypothesis-based hunts to contribute to the team's operational targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure hunt processes align with broader detection and response strategies.
  • Mentor and support the development of the threat hunt team to foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in leading a Threat Hunt team or similar roles in Incident Response, SOC, or other defensive/offensive disciplines.
  • Expert knowledge and hands-on experience of investigating real-world cyber-attacks in various environments.
  • Exposure to offensive security principles, hacking techniques, and artificial intelligence.
  • Familiarity with frameworks like PEAK, MITRE ATT&CK, and MITRE ATLAS.
  • Practical experience with YARA, SIGMA, and SNORT rules.
