Chief Pharmacy Leader

This leadership position oversees the strategic direction of pharmacy services across multiple sites, fostering excellence and innovation.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in hospital pharmacy operations, including oncology and compounding, as well as proven leadership and management skills.
Key Responsibilities- Oversight of clinical pharmacy services and operational excellence across all sites.
- Leadership of pharmacy staff and credentialing within the hospital and compounding portfolios.
- Governance and quality assurance for cancer services and compounding portfolios.
- Facilitation of staff meetings, continuing education, and research activities.
This role reports to a deputy director of pharmacy and leads team leaders who manage teams of pharmacists and technicians.

About You- Registration with AHPRA as a pharmacist.
