Job Title

We are seeking an experienced Demand Planning Professional to lead the development and maintenance of accurate forecasts, drive the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) cycle, and own master data for a range of products.

The Role
  • Develop and maintain accurate forecasts to inform business decisions.
  • Drive the S&OP cycle to ensure efficient production planning and execution.
  • Owning master data for our range of products to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Leading continuous development of electronic data interchange capabilities to improve communication with stakeholders.
Requirements
  • 2-5 years' experience in demand planning in a fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) environment.
  • Experience integrating production/demand planning activities into the S&OP cycle.
  • Ability to influence and challenge the status quo.
  • Strong business acumen coupled with analytical skills and strategic ability.
