Job Summary:

Director of Service

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Director of Service to lead our team in delivering exceptional care and education to children.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of educators, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the skills and resources needed to deliver exceptional care and education.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with schools, parents, and other stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and policies, maintaining accurate records and documentation.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: Hold or be studying towards an ACECQA-approved qualification in early childhood education and care.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with children, parents, and staff. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
