We are seeking an Executive Director of Resident Care to join our team at Signature Care Operations in Wagga Wagga.

This is a fantastic opportunity to lead our 183-bed aged care residence and make a real difference in the lives of our residents.

As the Residential Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the home, ensuring that we deliver high-quality care to our residents.

You will have access to the latest technology, a skilled clinical team, and robust head office support, which will enable you to excel in this role.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing a large aged care residence, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for resident care.

In return, we offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, plus benefits such as:
