Cleaner/Production Assistant

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Cleaner/Production Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of our production facility and assisting with production duties when cleaning is complete.
Your primary focus will be on completing daily cleaning checklists, including vacuuming and mopping floors, cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, and refilling supplies. You will also assist with preparing and maintaining workstations and food products according to recipes and customer orders.
Required Skills and Qualifications- A positive attitude and willingness to support the team in maintaining a clean environment and contributing to production efforts.
- Previous experience in a production or cleaning role (we are willing to provide training).
- Knowledge of health and safety rules in a production facility.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Supportive business environment with a dynamic and growing team.
- Flexible scheduling with hours from 2pm - 5pm, allowing for a good work-life balance.
- On-the-job training provided to ensure your success in the role.
- Gold Coast-based business with a supportive team environment.
- This is a casual position with a guaranteed minimum of 15 hours per week.
