Accounting Leadership Role

We are seeking an experienced Accounting professional to join our team as a Management Accountant. In this role, you will play a key part in driving business growth and efficiency by analyzing and controlling key cost lines.

This is a dynamic and challenging position that requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • This role involves analyzing variances in Prime Materials and Repairs & Maintenance costs to identify areas for improvement and providing actionable insights to operational leaders.
  • You will also be responsible for developing and enhancing forecasting models and dashboards using Qlik to drive business growth and efficiency.

In addition to your technical skills, you will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A tertiary qualification in Accounting or Commerce.
  • CA or CPA qualified.
  • 3–5 years' experience in financial or management accounting, preferably in manufacturing.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a pragmatic mindset.
  • Experience with ERP systems, such as Oracle Hyperion or SAP.
