Team Member Job Description

Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Team Member to join our vibrant team. As a Team Member, you will be working in a dynamic environment providing excellent customer service and preparing high-quality food items.

  • Assist customers with their orders and ensure a delightful dining experience.
  • Prepare and assemble fresh, high-quality food items.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
  • Provide friendly and efficient service with a smile.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Passion for food and customer service.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
  • Prior customer service experience required - with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Schedule and Availability:

We require our Team Members to be available to work:

  • 8 hour shifts.
  • Every weekend.
  • Monday to Friday.
  • Morning shift.
  • Night shift.
  • Public holidays.
  • Weekend availability.

Supplementary Pay:

You will also receive penalty rates.

Experience and Authorisation:

While not essential, prior experience in customer service and a job background would be beneficial. We also prefer applicants with a valid work authorisation for Australia.

Location:

The role will involve working in person at one of our locations.
