Civil Surveyor Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Civil Surveyor to join our team at Shadforth, a leading player in the civil construction industry. Located in the Moreton Bay Region, this position offers a unique blend of challenging projects and opportunities for career growth.

As a Civil Surveyor with Shadforth, you will be working alongside a highly skilled team on various projects including subdivisions, infrastructure, community developments, and roadworks. Your primary responsibilities will involve conducting survey tasks across multiple projects, performing calculations and setting up site survey works, and troubleshooting problems on site.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will require formal surveying qualifications or be working towards them (highly regarded but not essential). Previous experience working on subdivisions is also highly regarded but not essential. Additionally, skilled knowledge of survey-related software, such as 12D, would be an advantage. A strong commitment to safety, effective communication skills, ability to work collaboratively within a team, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic are essential qualities for this position.

A Queensland manual driver's licence is also required for this role.

You will be well-compensated with wages paid on a weekly basis, including penalties. Based on industry standards and the complexity of the projects, we estimate the salary for this position to be around $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
