**Job Opportunity:** We are seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join our care team as a Personal Care Worker. The successful candidate will provide high-quality care and companionship to residents in our residential home, supporting their independence and improving their quality of life.

Key responsibilities include providing personal assistance and companionship to residents, interacting daily with residents and their families, and assisting with daily activities such as personal hygiene and grooming, nourishment, mobility, and lifestyle activities.

**Requirements:**

  • Certificate III in Individual Support
  • Commitment to providing a high standard of care and service
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team and be supportive of colleagues
  • Basic computer skills
  • Valid working visa
  • Current Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • Current Influenza and COVID-19 vaccination including booster
  • Highly organized with strong planning skills
