About the Role

As a key member of our merchandising team, you will be responsible for completing various tasks such as planogram development, point of sale set-up, pricing and ticketing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Building strong relationships with grocery personnel is essential in this role.
  • You will create and maintain high-quality planograms in stores, ensuring they meet our standards.
  • Accurate pricing and ticketing compliance are crucial in this position.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team is required.
  • Reporting and photo submission via smartphone will also be a key responsibility.
  • Adherence to our merchandising standards and ways of working is expected.
Requirements:
  • Experience in developing planograms in a retail environment is highly valued.
  • Strong communication, organisational skills and attention to detail are necessary for success in this role.
  • Previous experience within the Coles Group is seen as a significant advantage.
