Job Title: Critical Care Development Opportunity

This role presents a chance for early career Registered Nurses to enhance their skills and knowledge in a Critical Care environment. Orange Health Service is offering a 12-month program with three distinct streams: Cardiology, Emergency or Intensive Care. Each stream offers individualized support to meet professional development goals.

Candidates will work under the guidance of Clinical Nurse Educators, rotating through full-time shifts. The diverse teams within each clinical stream provide opportunities for learning in a variety of scenarios. By the end of this period, participants can expect to have gained expertise transferable to various clinical settings.

The experience aims to be inclusive and participatory, focusing on hands-on learning rather than observation. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to develop skills and potentially remain in the Critical Care environment for further growth. This position does not offer Visa Sponsorship.
