Heavy Vehicle Technician

We are seeking a skilled Heavy Vehicle Mechanic to join our team at Transit Systems Victoria Pty Ltd.
The successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking diagnostics, maintenance, repairs, and rebuilds of heavy vehicle fleets, ensuring our fleet is well-maintained, safe, and meets service delivery objectives.
This is a great opportunity to work close to home, with all shifts based out of our WEST FOOTSCRAY depot.
Key Responsibilities- Undertake diagnostics, maintenance, repairs, and rebuilds of heavy vehicle fleets
- Ensure fleet is well-maintained, safe, and meets service delivery objectives
- Work closely with the team to achieve service delivery objectives
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
- Trade qualifications in a relevant field
- Experience in the bus industry, preferably with a heavy commercial fleet
- MR or above Australian driver's license (or willingness to obtain)
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
