Job Title: Sales Executive

We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join our team at JLR Springwood. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for handling enquiries and prospecting for new customers, ensuring a follow-up system is in place that encourages repeat business and generates leads, and maximising every sales opportunity to help achieve our volume and profit objectives.

About the Role
  • Handling Enquiries and Prospecting: Engage with potential customers, respond to their needs, and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Ensuring Follow-Up System: Develop and implement a system to ensure repeat business and generate leads.
  • Maximising Sales Opportunities: Identify and capitalise on every sales opportunity to contribute to our volume and profit objectives.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Previous Experience: A minimum of 12 months' experience in automotive sales.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and colleagues.
  • Negotiation Skills: Outstanding negotiation skills to secure deals and build customer relationships.
  • Goal Setting and Target Achievement: Ability to set personal goals and targets, and work towards achieving them.
  • Microsoft Office Applications: Intermediate level proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Pressure Management: Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Customer Service: Passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Teamwork: Willingness to work hard and have fun as part of a dynamic team.

About You

You must be entitled to work in Australia, complete a Federal Police Check, and a Traffic History (QLD) or Driving Record (NSW) check.

The estimated salary range for this role is $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on your experience and qualifications.
