Gardening is a unique and rewarding profession that involves working with plants, soil, and other natural elements to create beautiful and functional outdoor spaces.

","This position requires a motivated and reliable individual who can work independently as well as part of a team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and improving the gardens in our private properties around Newcastle and Lake Mac area.","Responsibilities:","• Maintaining and growing gardens to ensure they meet specific requirements and expectations
","• Performing basic maintenance such as cutting grass, emptying bins, managing weed control, and leaf raking
","• Planting and nurturing new trees, flowers, and various plants
","• Wearing PPE such as hats, glasses, and long sleeves, as well as sunscreen and insect repellent when necessary
","• Lifting and digging holes, and being able to bend down and tend to gardens on knees
","• Working alongside me to shape and tidy gardens for our customers
","Requirements:","• Reliable and hard-working individual with no experience necessary
","• Own transport required for local casual work
","• Ability to commute or relocate to Newcastle NSW before starting work
","Preferred qualifications include gardening experience and Australian work authorization.","Schedule: Day shifts, approximately 10 hours per week, with potential for more work available for the right applicant.","Salary: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour.","We offer a safe and supportive work environment with opportunities for growth and development."]},
