About this Opportunity

As a Customer Banking Consultant, you will be the face of our organization, greeting customers, supporting them with their everyday banking needs, and guiding them through some of life's biggest financial moments.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist customers with their everyday banking needs, providing a high level of customer service and support.
  • Serve as a point of contact for customers, answering their questions and addressing their concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Help customers navigate our digital banking platform and explore lending options, providing guidance and support to ensure they find the right solution for their needs.

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication skills, a strong ability to build rapport with customers, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
