The YMCA Brisbane is a leading provider of outside school hours care services, dedicated to delivering high-quality programs that meet the needs of children and families.

We are currently seeking an experienced Coordinator to join our team at YMCA Marsden Outside School Hours Care.

About the Role
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • The development and implementation of quality programs for children aged 5-12 years;
  • Manage the day-to-day running of the service, ensuring compliance with relevant policies and procedures;
  • Coordinate staffing and rostering to ensure adequate coverage and support for children and families;
  • Work collaboratively with families, educators, and other stakeholders to promote positive outcomes for children;
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of education and care policies and procedures.
About You
  • Requirements:
  • A minimum Diploma in Children's Services or equivalent qualification;
  • Sound experience in childcare or teaching, with a focus on program development and delivery;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups;
  • First Aid and CPR certification, or willingness to obtain;
  • A valid Blue Card, or willingness to obtain.
