The Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Pool Attendant to join our team at Belgravia Leisure. As a Pool Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and enjoyment of our patrons in and around our pools.

You will have a passion for water safety and be able to communicate effectively with people of all ages and abilities. You should be energetic, dynamic, and fun, with excellent communication skills and a commitment to customer service excellence.

Successful applicants will demonstrate the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on safety and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the safety and enjoyment of patrons in and around our pools
  • Communicate effectively with people of all ages and abilities
  • Work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Meet the requirements of the National Police Check and hold a current First Aid (Level 2) and CPR Certificate
