Field Service Supervisor Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Field Service Supervisor to lead our team of technicians in providing exceptional service to our customers. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a focus on safety and quality, and the ability to effectively coordinate work orders and manage customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintaining and developing new customer relationships
  • Scheduling and allocating work orders for the Field Service team
  • Roster management and approval of timesheets
  • Providing leadership and guidance to a small team of specialists
  • Effectively planning labour to meet productivity targets
  • Promoting a culture of continuous improvement
  • Providing technical support to the Field Service team
Requirements:
  • Trade-qualified mechanic or electrician with significant post-trade experience
  • Strong people management, mentoring and leadership capabilities
  • Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize conflicting priorities and deadlines
  • Advanced stakeholder engagement skills
  • Excellent communication skills (interpersonal, written and verbal)
