About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Diploma qualified educator to join our team as a Room Leader at one of our centres in NSW or VIC. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational program and ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and education to our children.

Main Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with educators to develop and implement engaging and inclusive educational programs aligned with the approved learning framework and Thrive curriculum
• Support and mentor educators to ensure they have the skills and confidence to provide high-quality care and education
• Maintain effective communication with parents and colleagues to ensure seamless transitions and a positive centre culture
• Uphold strong work values and contribute to a collaborative and respectful team environment

What You Will Need:
• Completed Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
• Current NSW Employee Working With Children's Check

Salary and Benefits:
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary package, including:
• $65,000 - $75,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
