In this role as Business Change Director, you will lead the deployment team, comprising Deployment Managers, Technical Leads, and Support Specialists, to provide end-user support and troubleshooting, while ensuring compliance with all relevant regulatory and security requirements.

You will develop and implement a comprehensive deployment plan for the Genesis program, covering timelines, resource allocation, and risk management, and collaborate with the Systems Integration (SI) Partner and external vendors for alignment and integration of deployment activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive deployment plan for the Genesis program, covering timelines, resource allocation, and risk management
  2. Collaborate with the Systems Integration (SI) Partner and external vendors for alignment and integration of deployment activities
  3. Work closely with the Genesis Program Core Team, including the Program Director and Project Managers, to align deployment activities
  4. Lead the deployment team, comprising Deployment Managers, Technical Leads, and Support Specialists, to provide end-user support and troubleshooting
  5. Monitor and report on deployment progress, identifying and resolving any issues or risks

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in leading large-scale ERP business transformations in complex, global organizations focused on technology programs
  • Strong understanding of deployment principles, methodologies, and tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong project management skills, capable of managing multiple priorities and delivering results within tight deadlines
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement
