Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for repairing and maintaining motorcycles in accordance with factory specifications.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform service, repair and customization work on motorcycles.
  • Request parts for jobs as early as possible.
  • Notify supervisors of additional work needed or delays in completion.
  • Maintain a clean work area and assist others with shop cleanliness.
  • Communicate with customers regarding job status and any issues that may arise.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

  • Completion of factory authorized training programs or equivalent experience.
  • Equipped with proper tools.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and relationship with colleagues.
  • Capable of pushing and loading motorcycles.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license and motorcycle endorsement.
  • Prior experience working with motorcycles is preferred but not required.
