About the Role

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to drive the delivery of a major construction project in Townsville. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising daily site activities and coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and general construction activities.

Your responsibilities will include developing and managing short-term programs, monitoring project costs, and overseeing project quality assurance (QA) and environmental, health, and safety (EHS) requirements.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on a high-profile project and contribute to the success of our organization.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in a supervisor or site manager role working on large projects
  • Over 5 years' experience managing large-scale building projects, services, and civil works
  • Strong planning, problem-solving, and analytical thinking skills
  • Ability to coordinate and organize teams and work effectively
