Job Summary

As a key member of the Marriott Hotels team, you will play a crucial role in driving financial success and innovation in our industry. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Assistant Director of Finance to join our collaborative and dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement property-wide financial strategies that drive business results and improve profit growth in all operating departments.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Finance to advise the General Manager and Executive Committee on financial and operating issues.
  • Assist with creating an annual operating budget and providing analytical support during budget reviews to identify cost savings and productivity opportunities.
  • Ensure the accuracy of the P&L and balance sheet, and that account balances are supported by appropriate documentation.
  • Develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external.
  • Ensure compliance with management contract and reporting requirements.
  • Assist with overseeing internal, external, and regulatory audit processes.

  • Relevant experience in a managerial role with a strong background in finance.
  • Exceptional financial knowledge and analytical skills.
