The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced fitness professional to join our team at Belgravia Leisure. As a Gym Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality fitness programs and personal training services to our members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver fitness programs that cater to diverse client needs and goals.
- Provide personalized training sessions to members, focusing on customer service and effective communication.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current health and fitness procedures and practices.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, including Fitness Australia and Physical Activity Australia registration.
- Collaborate with colleagues to promote a positive and supportive team environment.
Requirements:
- Minimum Certificate IV in Personal Training.
- Current fitness registration with Fitness Australia or Physical Activity Australia.
- Current Senior First Aid Certificate.
- Current CPR Certificate.
- Valid Working With Children Check.
- Agree to undergo police check as part of the employment process.
