**Payroll Administrator Role Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled Payroll Administrator to support the day-to-day execution of payroll business processes. The successful candidate will work closely with the Senior Payroll Specialist to ensure accurate and timely payment of employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Centric Operational Stability: Responsible for ensuring payroll accuracy, compliance, and improvement initiatives.
  • Support all E2E payroll processes and reporting.
  • Work with stakeholders on SOX testing schedule and audit support.
  • Collaborate with the BPO team to prioritize managing payroll queries.
  • Provide support in resolving exceptional cases related to payroll and post-payroll matters.
  • First point of escalation for Kraft Heinz on Payroll matters.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Liaise with HR and Finance departments for seamless operations.
  • Support Payroll improvements in partnership with Kraft Heinz HR and Finance departments.
  • Drive Service Performance Management reviews between business and GBS and improve reporting with GBS team.

Process Improvement:

  • Ensure process documentation is updated frequently to reflect current standard operating procedures.
  • Work closely with Global process owners and teams to understand root causes and represent process procedures.
  • Apply understanding of assigned business process to identify gaps and propose continuous improvement measures.
  • Review local policies related to the Hire to Retire area and implement processes within GBS to standardize ways of working.
  • Support Senior Payroll Specialist and HR team to ensure compliance with collective agreements and individual agreements.

About You:

  • Understanding of Hire to Retire, Payroll, and ANZ Payroll Legislation/processes.
  • Minimum 1 year of progressing work experience in the Payroll and/or Payroll Compliance area.
  • Experience working in an operational capacity within a Global Business Services model is preferred.
  • Experience working with BPO or offshore teams.
  • Experience supporting multiple stakeholders and priorities.
  • Experience participating in Continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Attention to detail and high accuracy skills.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work within a team environment.
  • Ability to foster strong relationships across all levels of the organization.
