Data Driven Business Solutions Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Key Insights Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for working closely with cross-functional teams to gather and share data and analytics for digital properties across the business.
Job Summary:- Collaborate with Product, CRM, Editorial and Marketing teams to gather and share audience data and analytics for digital properties.
- Support tracking and analytics for channel campaigns (ESPN, Disney +, Stage, Studios, Parks) and provide weekly/monthly reporting with insights on campaign effectiveness.
- Offer data-backed recommendations to optimize user engagement with digital properties and conversion on marketing campaigns.
- Present analytics and insights to the digital team and various stakeholders on a regular basis.
- Work effectively in a team environment with multiple stakeholders managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Proactive problem solving with the ability to examine issues from a broad perspective.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to tell a story with the data.
- 5+ years' experience working in data analytics for consumer-facing products with scale.
- Experience querying, updating, and managing data in SQL.

This role will work closely with our Technical Lead, CRM, Product, Editorial and Marketing teams to develop and execute our insights strategy, a critical role in helping measure performance and define our business objectives through a deep understanding of our users and their behaviour.
