Treasury and Cashflow Professional

The role of Treasury and Cashflow Professional involves overseeing cash and liquidity management, foreign exchange, and financial risk management. The incumbent will be responsible for implementing centralized cash pooling structures, forecasting cash requirements, and ensuring operational liquidity and working capital efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, accounting, or economics, with 4-6 years' experience in treasury, cash management, or corporate finance roles within a multinational environment. They should possess excellent communication skills, adaptability, and proficiency in financial reporting platforms, advanced Excel, and ERP integration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cash and Liquidity Management: Monitor daily cash positioning and short-term liquidity across all entities, implement cash pooling structures, and forecast cash requirements.
  • Foreign Exchange and Financial Risk Management: Identify, assess, and manage foreign exchange exposure, design FX hedging strategies, and monitor global market developments.
  • Treasury Systems and Process Optimization: Deploy, manage, and improve treasury management systems, automate cash reporting and forecasting tools, and integrate ERP systems with banking platforms.
  • Funding and Intercompany Transactions: Assist in structuring and documenting group-wide financing arrangements, monitor interest-bearing loan balances, and evaluate internal funding needs.
  • Banking and External Relationship Management: Manage banking relationships, negotiate terms, and ensure compliance with AML and KYC requirements.
  • Treasury Compliance and Governance: Ensure treasury activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements, support external audit processes, and prepare treasury-related reports.

With the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, the successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related discipline. Additionally, they should demonstrate experience with treasury management systems, cash pooling, and FX risk management.
