As the Customer Banking Specialist Relief, you'll be a key player in delivering exceptional customer experiences to our valued clients.

The role involves having in-depth conversations with customers to understand their overall banking needs, including Home Loans, Business Banking & Financial Advice. You must also be able to travel or provide support to local branches, which includes Ashgrove, Fortitude Valley, Hamilton, King George Square, Stafford City, Sandgate, Arana Hills, Brookside , Albany Creek, Westfield Chermside, Virginia, Strathpine, Indooroopilly, Toowong , Kenmore.

Your responsibilities will include supporting customers with enquiries, maintaining accounts, and processing applications for credit products. Additionally, you'll complete Financial Health Checks to assess customers' financial needs and identify any changes.

You'll provide options for customers through education and demonstration of our in-branch technology and digital banking options. Problem-solving and providing effective solutions are essential skills required, while championing our processes, procedures, and driving our risk-adverse culture.

We're looking for individuals with proven experience delivering exceptional customer service, preferably in Financial Services, Retail or Hospitality. Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate financial terms clearly are essential. The right candidate will have the ability to ask questions, find solutions, act with integrity, and place the customer at the centre of everything they do.
