Membership Services Representative">

We are seeking a skilled Membership Services Representative to join our thriving team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional member experiences and building key stakeholder relationships.

This is a part-time opportunity of 32.5 hours per week, reporting directly to the State Performance Manager. As a Membership Services Representative, your primary focus will be on driving member growth, sales, care, and retention, while also providing high-end premium customer service.

To succeed in this role, you will require demonstrated experience in fast-paced premium customer service environments, as well as intermediate computer skills. Excellent oral and written communication, presentation, and autonomy skills are also essential. Flexibility to work Saturdays and some weekdays is necessary, with previous sales experience being desirable.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive member growth and sales through exceptional customer service
  • Build and maintain key stakeholder relationships with members
  • Provide high-end premium customer service across various channels
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience in fast-paced premium customer service environments
  • Intermediate computer skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication, presentation, and autonomy skills
  • Flexibility to work Saturdays and some weekdays
  • Previous sales experience (desirable)
