As a Urology Robotic Fellow, you will work closely under the supervision of the Head of Unit and senior consultants, maintaining strong relationships with experienced staff and ensuring a seamless exchange of knowledge and expertise.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional patient care while contributing to a multidisciplinary team dedicated to advancing urological practices.
  • Mentor junior medical staff and medical students, fostering the next generation of healthcare professionals.
  • Initiate and develop innovative research projects that enhance our understanding and treatment of urological conditions.

About You

We are looking for a skilled Urology Robotic Fellow who meets the following key requirements:

  • Qualifications: MBBS or equivalent degree eligible for registration with AHPRA.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong investigation and negotiation abilities, fostering respectful relationships with patients and staff.
  • Clinical Experience: Proficient in general urology, including open and endoscopic urological surgeries.
  • Knowledgeable: Familiar with hospital structures, policies, and principles of Equal Opportunity and Occupational Health and Safety.
