Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead a team of senior plant and equipment valuers and asset disposition specialists.

  • Project Management: Oversee end-to-end execution of asset trading and disposition projects, including compliance, marketing, operations, asset sales, financial management, vendor and JV partner management.
  • Valuations & Asset Inspections: Ensure successful completion of valuation projects, including on-site asset inspections and audits, valuation analysis, market research, report delivery, and client management.
  • Performance & Risk Management: Manage workflow to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness, ensure deals comply with approved Pro Forma and risk management standards, maintain accurate regulatory and compliance records.
  • Business Development & Client Engagement: Build and strengthen relationships with existing and prospective clients, attend business and networking events, utilize CRM tools to track activities and maintain accurate client records.
  • Leadership & Professional Conduct: Foster collaboration across internal teams and global networks, demonstrate integrity, ethical behaviour, and a commitment to excellence, effectively manage time, resources, and professional development.

Key Responsibilities:
6+ years of experience in plant & machinery operations, asset management, or asset sales—preferably in mining, transport, or manufacturing.
Proven experience in managing asset disposition projects.
Experience in a fast-paced, complex, deal-driven environment.
Strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
