Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the wider HR team to develop and implement strategic HR plans.
  • Act as a reliable resource for managers, offering expert advice on HR best practices.
  • Manage performance management and employee relations matters, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
  • Support the development and implementation of work health and safety policies and procedures.
  • Offboard employees in a professional and respectful manner, conducting exit interviews to gather valuable insights.
  • Contribute to various generalist duties as required, supporting the smooth operation of the HR function.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar HR role, with a strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
  • Able to work independently, while also being a valued team member.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, essential for building strong relationships with stakeholders.
