We are seeking a qualified commercial maintenance plumber to join our client\u2019s team in Sydney. Our client is a busy contractor with a solid pipeline of work and excellent pay rates plus a company vehicle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnosing and repairing plumbing issues across commercial sites (leaks, blockages, etc.)
  • Carrying out scheduled maintenance (checking systems, replacing worn parts, testing water systems)
  • Hands-on work with TMV (Thermostatic Mixing Valves) and backflow systems (must have the relevant accreditations)
  • Responding to emergency callouts and ensuring everything is working as it should
  • Ensuring all work complies with safety standards and regulations
  • Working with other trades and contractors when needed

Requirements:

  • A valid plumbing trade qualification (Cert III or IV in Plumbing)
  • Current TMV and backflow accreditation
  • Experience in commercial maintenance plumbing (you\u2019ve seen it all before)
  • The ability to work independently and solve problems on the go
  • Great communication skills
  • Your own tools and a white card
