Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Consultant. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through effective communication, problem-solving, and product knowledge.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in customer service roles, with a strong ability to empathize with customers and provide tailored solutions. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and preferences, using your expertise to maximize their salary benefits.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Answer customer enquiries in a courteous and professional manner, ensuring an efficient and accurate resolution on the first call where possible.
  • Help customers discover additional products to enhance their salary benefits, providing guidance and support throughout the process.
  • Investigate customer complaints and provide resolution where possible, escalating issues when necessary.
  • Proactively assess customer accounts to identify opportunities for improvement, implementing solutions to ensure customers receive maximum benefit.
  • Guide customers through using our self-service portal and assist with account changes and basic tax-related inquiries, providing training and support as needed.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in customer service roles is essential.
  • Experience in a call centre would be highly beneficial.
  • Ability to hit multiple KPIs.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Confidence in explaining financial concepts and helping customers understand their options.
  • A knack for building rapport and upselling products where relevant.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable navigating different systems.
  • Sharp data entry skills and an eye for accuracy.
