We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Principal Data Scientist to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate is an inquisitive self-starter with a strong passion for diving into data, uncovering insights, and promoting data-driven decision making. They should be eager to tackle challenges, think outside the box, and bring creative solutions to the table.

As a member of the Data Science Chapter, the Principal Data Scientist will work within our agile squads to drive impactful projects and initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Drive proactive strategic decision-making by independently identifying market opportunities, anticipating technical challenges, and developing innovative solutions that align with business objectives.
  • Owning the end-to-end technical roadmap of a product.
  • Crafting and executing data-driven solutions to Inventory and Forecasting in Store Operations, leveraging advanced analytical methods to maximise efficiency and outcomes for stakeholders.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, deliver data-driven solutions, and enhance data capabilities.
  • Designing and conducting experiments to test hypotheses, validate findings, and ensure rigorous data science execution.
