As a graduate electrical engineer, you will play a key role in our mission to reduce the built environment's carbon footprint. You will work closely with colleagues across our multi-disciplinary practice to provide specialist consultancy input on projects across various sectors, including education, healthcare, workplace, retail, and critical systems.

Under the guidance of our experienced engineers, you will undertake detailed electrical building services engineering design and analysis, defining and translating clients' needs into designs for buildings, facilities, and services - all with sustainability at the forefront of the design.

You will have the opportunity to assume greater levels of responsibility and autonomy as your professional skills develop. We offer accredited professional development programmes from CIBSE and IET to support you towards achieving chartership.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a graduate electrical engineer to join our Melbourne office. You will be part of a team that specialises in the design of construction projects in Australia and worldwide.

The targeted start date will be in January 2026.

Your Skills and Qualifications
  • Accredited with, or on course to achieve an MEng degree level (or equivalent) in Electrical or Building Services Engineering
  • Passionate about innovative and sustainable electrical engineering for the built environment
  • An appreciation for the core elements of building services engineering and a love for creative and intuitive design
  • Digital engineering skills, including knowledge of Parametric Modelling Techniques, modern programming languages, and Engineering Optimisation Techniques
