Are you a seasoned leader with a proven track record in finance transformation?
We are seeking a skilled Program Manager to spearhead a major project for a prominent Australian brand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive finance transformation strategy, encompassing multiple departments and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive technology adoption and process re-engineering, ensuring seamless execution and minimal disruption.
  • Build and manage high-performing teams, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in strategic IT/business change/project delivery, preferably in large corporations.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering EPM solutions, with expertise across multiple platforms.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to adapt in dynamic environments.
