Inventory Management Specialist

We are seeking a hands-on, reliable Inventory Management Specialist to join our team on-site at a major distribution facility.
Key Responsibilities:- Investigate and reconcile cycle counts for thousands of stock items.
- Assist warehouse staff in locating products to meet customer orders.
- Work closely with sales teams and warehouse personnel.
- Conduct cyclic stock counts in multiple locations across Australia.
- Identify and reposition short-dated stock to increase sale probability.
- Provide backup for inventory management leaders as required.
- Improve processes using Lean and 5S methodologies.
- Participate and manage special projects as needed.
- Proven experience in a similar inventory or logistics role.
- Strong working knowledge of supply chain systems.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- A proactive and dependable team player.
