We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality payroll services and supporting the smooth operation of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Demonstrate empathy and respect towards clients/employees.
  • Assist with payroll operations and duties.
  • Utilize experience with Business and/or Payroll systems like Preceda or similar systems.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • Prepare detailed documents using word processing and/or other business software.
  • Assist in managing and monitoring business systems and processes.
  • Respond to staff payroll inquiries.
  • Learn all aspects of payroll operations for backup support.
Required Qualifications:
  • Certificate IV in Business or Administration or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in Business or Payroll operations.
  • Current knowledge and experience with Preceda or similar systems (Desirable).
  • Familiarity with relevant Awards/Agreements and payroll-related legislation and requirements.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and data entry.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage tasks.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work as a high-performing member of the payroll team.
