The RoleWorking with and reporting to the Commercial Manager, you will be working on tenders and budgets on projects up to $10 million in value. Undertaking in-depth Bill of Quantity take-offs and project budgets for high-finish apartment and townhouse projects.
Requirements- I am looking to speak with Estimators of all levels that have 2+ years working for a commercial builder.
- Experience working on commercial apartment projects is essential, and exposure to bespoke, luxury projects would be advantageous.
As a key member of the project team, you will be responsible for:
- Preparing and managing project budgets and tenders
- Undertaking quantity take-offs and estimating for high-finish projects
- Collaborating with the commercial manager to ensure project profitability
