Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a member of the flight crew for special mission Learjet 35A operations.
- Support the Head of Operations in ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.
- Take on the role of Deployment Commander on a rotational basis with fellow aircrew members.
- Assist in developing tactical procedures and standards for electronic warfare flight operations.
Qualifications and Experience
- Possession of a CASA Part 61 Commercial Pilot License (Aeroplane) and a valid CASA Class 1 Medical Certificate.
- Completion of CASA Multi Crew Cooperation (MCC) training, Low Level Rating (Aeroplane), and Instrument Rating (Multi Engine Aircraft).
- A minimum of 2000 hours of total flight time, including 1000 hours as Pilot In Command (PIC) and 800 hours of turbine experience.
- At least 6 years of flying experience in military aviation operations.
- Desirable qualifications include military fast jet experience and the ability to act as an alternate Head of Operations.
- Additional CASA qualifications such as Flight Instructor or Flight Examiner are advantageous.
