Role Summary

The Marketing Coordinator role involves creating bold ideas, collaborating with influencers, and analyzing data to drive marketing decisions. This position supports our global marketing organization by amplifying brand presence across the digital universe.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop innovative marketing strategies and campaigns to engage and inform customers.
  • Manage social media presence and optimize content for maximum impact, enhancing brand visibility.
  • Collaborate with tech influencers to maintain top-of-mind presence in the network engineering industry, fostering relationships and driving growth.
  • Support regional marketing teams on campaign activities, ensuring cohesive brand messaging and consistent communication.
  • Work closely with marketers, developers, salespeople, and product teams to deliver successful campaigns, leveraging collective expertise.
  • Assist in managing swag and supplier relationships, maintaining a strong brand image and reputation.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in multiple areas of marketing, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
  • 2+ years of professional marketing experience or impressive project work demonstrating marketing skills and capabilities.
  • Analytical ability to turn campaign briefs into effective, engaging campaigns that meet business objectives.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, enabling collaboration and feedback.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and deadlines.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working in B2B marketing organizations, providing insights into the sector.
  • Basic HTML/CSS skills and proficiency in design tools like Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva, supporting creative expression.
  • Interest in tech, computing, or networking, aligning personal passions with professional goals.
